Pregnancy is one of the most magical and at the same time the most challenging periods in life of every woman that leaves traces in visible physical changes – shift of the body center and back pain, loosening of joints and loss of pelvic floor muscles strength. Regular exercise during pregnancy prevents and heals these difficulties. Workout program focuses on strengthening back and abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles, which support a comfortable pregnancy and childbirth, as well as help in faster recovery after childbirth. The main advantage is that the exercise is focused on specific muscles that may pose a problem both during pregnancy and after childbirth in a completely safe manner.

Women, who regularly exercise during pregnancy, have less problems and better physical health. We offer a supervised prenatal exercise with training tailored to your pregnancy. At the first meeting we discuss the course of pregnancy and the potential difficulties we must pay attention to during exercise and so pregnant women can join the exercise at any time regardless of the duration of pregnancy.

We offer a 60 minute group workout (group has up to 6 visitors), or an individual workout with a personal trainer in a private area for the most effective implementation of individual exercises and breathing techniques.

After a workout, all fitness guests can use specious showers and a swimming pool to freshen up as well as a resting area and a sun terrace where you can enjoy a drink of your choice and gather new strength. Towels and sandals are available as well. The above mentioned is included in the price.

Pregnant women are advised to consult with a gynecologist prior exercise.
