Fitness for golfers

A Special branch of our boutique fitness studio, where we conduct training programs for a variety of sports, is golf. Just like any other sport golf also has its own specifics which must be taken into consideration. It is always the case that better physical fitness leads to better performance, technique, tactics and ultimately a game in which you can enjoy without the fatigue and pain.

Workout is carried out with a personal trainer, which is responsible for the proper execution of exercises and proper progress of the program, which is designed for an individual after previous measurements. Program is carried out after guidelines of a USA Institute TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) and includes a variety of exercises for strength, flexibility and endurance, which are important characteristics of every golf player. We offer creation and implementation of training programs in personal fitness studio, which will help you improve your performance on the field and make golf an even greater pleasure.

After a workout, all fitness guests can use specious showers and a swimming pool to freshen up as well as a resting area and a sun terrace where you can enjoy a drink of your choice and gather new strength. Towels and sandals are available as well. The above mentioned is included in the price.
