Our goal is healthy weight loss – losing subcutaneous fatty tissue and improving the muscle tone which means that our programmes make you feel vital, strong, confident and content. Workout under professional supervison and monitoring of progress are of key importance in such programmes. We always make ourselves available for additional explanations or just a talk. A diet programme prepared in line with your eating habits will soon become a part of your everyday life and only in this way can one maintain the desired weight throughout the years.
During the workout or weight loss programme we are constantly modifying the the diet and/or the workout pursuant to the individual's progress. Body composition measurements reflect the progress and at the same time assure feedback and guidelines for the preparation of new programmes.
The workout programmes are performed in a state of the art personal fitness studio where each participant exercises with his personal trainer in a nice, private environment.
