The Breza club offers a state of the art »boutique« fitness studio ensuring  the guests to exercise in a nice, private atmosphere (in one room only two guests can workout at the same time, each with his own personal trainer). Individual workout programmes are prepared and monitored by a renowned expert from the field of personal training and healthy nutrition, dr. Petra Zaletel. 

After the initial discussion with the guest dr. Zaletel prepares a workout programme in line with the guest's wishes and goals which are then performed under the guidance of a personal trainer from dr. Zaletel’s team. The programme is being modified and complemented in accordance with the guest's progress.  The variety of our programmes enables us to attend to every client’s wishes.  In the spring time we also include outdoor workouts in our routines as Tivoli parks is just a few steps away from our club. Recently we have enriched our offer with individual pilates workouts. The fact that pilates is performed individually gives the instructor the opportunity to assure appropriate execution of the exercises and proper breathing. We also offer programmes for pregnant women, young mothers and seniors as well as individual programmes for muscle-strengthening and stretching for women by using small workout accessories. The main emphasis is always on exercising under professional supervision which is of crucial importance for achieving the objectives set.

After your workout you can visit the swimming pool and the jacuzzi or relax in the clubroom or on the sun terrace by having a nice drink. The above mentioned is included in the price.

As we set individual goals our guests are from all age groups. In Breza also those with the busiest schedules find place because we can schedule their workout routines to early mornings before work or late evenings after all the tasks for that day have already been finished.
